I've been on a frozen yogurt kick recently. Not just since it's so darn easy, however also because the tanginess of the yogurt appears to just give any taste you couple it with a big boost.

Blackberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Method.

Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat to cool for 15 minutes.Push berry mix through screen: Place a sieve over a bowl. Push the berries through the sieve to record the concentrated syrup listed below. Used the back of a spoon or a rubber spatula to assist press the berries against the side of the screen. Discard the berries in the sieve, conserve the syrup

Stir in yogurt and cream, then chill: Stir the yogurt and cream into the berry syrup. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for numerous hours.
